As we enter our 3rd national lockdown we want to keep you informed of how we intend to operate under lockdown rules.
Firstly, we will honor all bookings already made for Tuesday 5th January & Wednesday 6th January 2021.
As we fall under the telecommunications industry sector we are deemed as an essential service, without our smart devices how are we to make contact with emergency services, loved ones and do our online shopping?!
Our business is uniquely positioned to help you by providing a call out service, however, given the governments guidelines on social distancing and minimal contact it is our responsibility to adjust the way we work to protect our customers and staff as best we can. As such, our on-site call out service is once again suspended and to be replaced with contact-free collect & return.
Given that the government has stipulated you must stay at home unless it is absolutely necessary to leave, we advise against bringing your devices to us however this service is available via our booking-only drop & collect service.
All devices will be sanitised pre and post repair and sealed for your safety and peace of mind.
These additional measures will slow us down for sure and mean we are operating at reduced capacity so please be patient when requesting bookings.
All NHS staff will be given priority booking and 15% discount on all repairs.
